Omar is the story of three friends. They are torn between their individual desires to have a home, a girlfriend, a family, and their devotion to the freedom of Palestine. It is a thriller and a romance all of which are brought into stark relief by the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Omar scales the Apartheid wall to meet his friends and child hood sweetheart and plans for resistance.

On Saturday 17th August Faversham and Whitstable PSC are organising a seaside event on the beach at Whitstable. The theme is the problems of access and use of the sea for Palestinians in Gaza and the West bank.
